Silver Phoenix - Our son is working on raising Silver Phoenix. This rooster is his favorite chicken on our farm. We currently purchased him a few more hens and hope to have chicks available in 2012.
We hatched our first baby phoenix
chick on 10-21-2011.Her name is Rolo.
This little guy should mature to look like the picture of the silver phoenix above. He is still very young and has a lot of filling in to do but should be a beautiful bird.
We hope to place this hen in with our Silver Phoenix in hopes to get an even more silver phoenix.
Wellsummer - This rooster is very colorfull and we look forward to the hens laying in the spring.
Wheaton Ameraucana - We just added this breed to our farm summer 2011. We look forward to raising and showing this breed.

Blue Lace Red Wyandot
We are currently looking to purchase
this big guy some hens. He is free ran
and has choosen to live with the goats.
When he was smaller he would ride
around on the goats backs.
Salmon Faverolles
The feathers on these chickens are so soft.
These younger chickens remind us of little
baby eagles. We are looking forward to
having little baby chicks of this breed because
they are so fluffy and cute as chicks.
Now these are probably the crazies looking critters we
have on our farm. No matter how bad of a hair day you are
having it is always better than theirs.

Our son Robbie will show many of these chickens at the county fair in July. He first started showing chickens in 2011 and he did very well so we really look forward to seeing how he does in 2012. He has the most fun just showing the public his favorite chicken.
